A native of the Hamilton and Stoney Creek area, I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2011. Prior to attending CMCC in Toronto, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours at McMaster University with a major in Kinesiology. During my four years at CMCC, I achieved my certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Active Release Therapy and TPI level one. I continue to further my education through seminars and reading current literature in order to provide my patients with the best hands on care possible.
I have been heavily involved with my community since beginning work in the Hamilton area. I am currently an assistant coach and trainer for the Stoney Creek Midget AA girls hockey team and a consultant for this organization. I am also involved with a program run through the Hamilton Urban Core Community Centre in downtown Hamilton that brings chiropractic care to those in need.
I am interested in the treatment of all kinds of patients including high end athletes, weekend warriors, pregnant women, children, office workers, laborers and many more. I believe that Chiropractic treatment is an important option for those suffering from aches and pains due to the stresses and strains of everyday life. I focus on helping those who wish to improve their function, decrease pain and improve their overall health to achieve their goals.
Common Conditions Treated- Neck pain and headaches, carpal tunnel, shoulder pain, rotator cuff injury, back pain, osteoarthritis, tennis elbow, nerve entrapments, running injuries, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, heel pain and many more.
